HOW TO BUY?

Please note that this is a guide only.

Step 1 Property search: on http://www.arcadiaproperties.co.uk/

Step 2 Inspection Trip : Arrange and book your viewing trip to the location or property of your choice. (the only exception for investment purpose ie SIPPs)

Step 3 Property Details: Agree your property specification with your agent, namely:

§ Floor plans

§ Site plans

§ Rental figures and projections

§ Furniture costs

Step 4 Confirm availability: Selected the property of your choice and request developer to takes your property off the market.

Step 5 Property Reservation Form: complete your property reservation form, (your passport is required)

Step 6 Reservation payment this is non refundable.

Step 7 Currency Exchange Form: you must complete the form showing exchange rate you agree to buy your chosen property at.

Step 8 Furniture order and Rental Services You need to consider your furniture pack purchase or rental strategy if required.

Step 9 Check point Check with your agent that all forms are complete and filled in correctly.

Step 10 Property Reservation Contract: You will receive following:

§ Property Reservation contract, together with a copy of the contract

§ Letter contained from a solicitor stating funds needed for the deposit which needs to be sent to the developer. Usually takes up to 28 days.

§ Confirm currency exchange rate in writing.

§ Solicitor will need both letters to proceed with your property purchase.

Step 11 Contract signing: Please remember to sign two copies (one for you and the other for the developer).

Step 12 Sale completion: Agree a date for completion with your solicitor and pay the final balance by either in cash or by mortgage.
